About Anam Slainte
Whole-Soul Psychotherapy
Anam Slàinte is rooted in the Gaelic words for soul and health. The name reflects a belief that emotional well-being is not just about symptom relief, but about tending to the whole person—your inner life, your relationships, and the transitions that shape you.
I believe therapy works best when it feels safe, respectful, and grounded in genuine connection. Many clients come to therapy feeling capable on the outside but exhausted, anxious, or disconnected on the inside. Others arrive during periods of change—career shifts, relationship changes, parenthood, loss, or moments of self-questioning.
My role is to walk alongside you as you make sense of what you’re experiencing, identify patterns that no longer serve you, and develop tools that support lasting, meaningful change.
About Scot

I also participate in the NH Behavioral Health Advisory Committee where I work with stakeholders to create change within the insurance system.
